TRUKwears-stand up, and be a man.
Where is the "c"? Ideas so obvious they hit you like a truck, but you don't need to "c" to get them. When your body (chain) is destroyed , but your will (bar) is fortified through that destruction. For many young people seeking direction and instruction, on how to be the best version of themselves. Listen to the stoic philosophers. Take notice of the traits you admire in others, learn, and emulate those. Equally in importance is notice, but do not mirror the traits you despise in others. Or traits that are universally held with disdain.

Refuse to quit on yourself
Father passed when I was young. Had a faux-alpha as a "role model" which was very confusing, but tried to learn from observing my friend's fathers. Never "fit in" with any group of people; class-mates, any group of "friends", and was not on the right path. Knew I needed direction, and found the needed structure playing football, but didn't feel like I fit in there either.
Asleep in the passenger seat with my teammate driving, and passing a car he saw the oncoming car too late. Saving himself, he attempted to swerve to the opposite shoulder causing the vehicles to impact passenger side to passenger side. Luckily there was no passenger in the other car.
Spent over four months in a coma, thirteen months rehabilitating in the Traumatic Brain Injury program, several months as an outpatient, several years at NeuroGym, almost all those years working at home as well, fourteen surgeries (many bulls***, one "experimental," one "emergency" (sounds tough, but isn't.) What would you do? Roll over, and accept the crash without fighting for physical independence? Am unable to do that. Have learned the difference between a Doctor's opinion, and a Doctor's diagnosis. Everybody has an opinion. Made many mistakes, but learned from them. Either too stupid or too stubborn to know when to give up. Have to look at myself, and refuse to face a quitter.
Will give %50 of the profit to the General campus of the Ottawa hospital. As they were responsible for the two non-bulls*** surgeries.
